LIGO Data Analysis System (LDAS) at IUCAA
IUCAA is currently hosting a LIGO Data Analysis System (LDAS) with peak theoretical CPU performance of ~225TF, which being upgraded to more than 500TF. The civil infrastructure for the data centre is ready to accommodate the Tier-1 data centre for LIGO-India.
Detailed Specification
The Sarathi cluster hosts 105 compute nodes consisting of 2 x Intel Xeon E5-2680v3 processors with 12 cores per processor and 48 nodes with 2 x Intel Xeon Gold 6142 processors with 16 cores per processors. There are also several head nodes, development nodes, cluster management nodes and nodes providing auxiliary services.
