IISER Bhopal Singularity 22′
- LIEPO was invited to participate in the Singularity Fest at IISER-Bhopal, one of the largest Science Fests in central India.
- A LIGO-India booth was set up at the festival. Details about the project were presented through posters, various interactive demos and exhibits to explain GW science, or highlight the different technological aspects required for the LIGO-India project.
Amateur Astronomers’ Meet, SRTMU (Nanded):
- 20 amateur astronomers from different parts of Nanded, Parbhani, Latur and Hingoli (and around) came to the School of Physical Sciences, SRTMU Campus, Nanded
- The meeting consisted of different activities including a Talk on LIGO-INDIA and SRTMU Observatory Visit.
